Withernsea
Withernsea is one of the few coastal towns that can still offer a traditional British seaside holiday with amusement arcades, fish and chip shops and great sandy beaches .
Withernsea is located only 17 miles from Hull , 25 miles from Hornsea and 30 miles from Bridlington .
So who would visit or holiday here?
Withernsea
is suitable for anyone and everyone. From those who may

a tranquil walk along the newly built promenade to family's with young
children looking for seaside fun .
Withernsea is a superb place to visit on holiday with many out door activities on the door step. Horse riding, fishing, golf, bird watching, walking, surfing and swimming and a blue flag beach.
There's
new life being breathed into the olde world charm of Withernsea . A
number of local initiatives have assisted in the regeneration of the
Costal Town 
Massive cash injections have helped transform the famous Valley Gardens into a focal point for the Town where many events are held throughout the year .
Withernsea lighthouse towers over the Town some 127 feet high . The light,
which once stood 120 feet above sea level could be seen up to 17 miles
out. At the base of the lighthouse the museum concentrates on the history
of the sea in Withernsea, with a focus on the activity of the RNLI and
H.M coastguard in the town.
Climb the 144 steps to the top of Withernsea Lighthouse for spectacular
views over the town, out to sea, along the coast and across the flat landscape
of Holderness.
If its shopping your after Withernsea has 3 markets with the long established open air market near the pavilion Leisure Centre with a wide variety of stalls to keep visitors and residents spoilt for choice .
The Town has good supermarkets including Tesco and Proudfoot . You will also find Woolworths , Poundstretcher and Heron Frozen Foods
